Area Sales Manager - Operated Network

Job Description

This position is directly attached to the Retail sales by carrying out the following activities: -

Checks that all safety tools and instructions are totally implemented in sites
Check sales targets achievements
Supervises procedures implementation.
Proceed with site inspection list in weekly visits
Do internal audits on TOTAL Retail mobile application “ 360 ”
Provide data for the sites he/she responsible for
Revise Daily site’s reports sent
Handle customer’s complaints
Manage the staff trainings, meetings, hiring, etc..
Handle staff site managers and their assistants holidays after the approval of his direct manager
Good awareness to the market and competitors news and additions
Cross functionality with all involved department ( Finance , Customer service , Human Recourses , HSEQ, Maintenance, Lubricants, Total card, Retail Marketing & back office )
Revise statement of accounts
Evaluate staff performance and take the actions
Optimize the management of the lubricants stocks (avoiding excess inventory and shortages).
Train the operators comply with the HSEQ rules and regulations (Top Service, safety, Tom card, stations procedures manuel etc.).

Propose and implement the action plans required for optimizing results.
Achieve the maximum control for stocks and stores
Random visits in different times with reports
Apply golden rules
Communicate all new instructions to sites and check its implementation
Insure the proper implementation for all Bonjour activities
Monthly check and control gain & losses for stocks available activities + f&b
Apply the maximum level of hygiene with full audit
Proceed with shop inspection list in weekly visits
P&L analyzer
Evaluate staff performance and take the actions
Insure no expired products on shelves
Shop Stock intake every 3 months
Handle waste after reporting it to direct manager
Check system performance
Handle operational tools required for all sites activities operations
Check monthly expenses
Achieve targets set monthly
Insure the well management and communication with the staff he manage
2 times appraisal for the direct reporting team
Participates in procedures updates
Monthly cash audits with reports in site
Develop his/her team for more achievements
Propose consistent
Update procedures used in sites operations

Candidate profile

University Graduate with 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to make evaluative judgments.
Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Employee development and performance management skills.
Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangement
