Performance Management &
Engagement Specialist
Job brief:
The Performance Management Specialist/Senior Specialist is responsible to
perform performance analysis,
prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends. Also this position is
responsible to advise the
management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in
alignment with business
objectives and legislation.
Responsibilities
· Research best practices in human performance and reflect on company’s
performance management system.
· Analyze existing programs to determine their on-going ability to support the
stated objectives.
· Advise departments on better methods to improve departmental results.
· Manage performance management cycle.
· Ensure that the employees objectives set and linked to the company strategy.
· Ensure proper conduction of the coaching sessions throughout the year.
· Ensure that the performance appraisals are well communicated to the employees.
· Provide needed support to management layers regarding the company’s Competency
Framework.
· Ensure continuous improvement of company’s performance management system.
· Establish methods to reduce turnover related to poor performance.
· Monitor shared KPIs and interdependencies.
· Create company-wide engagement survey and integrate with culture program.
· Analyze engagement survey results, conduct needed focus groups, and ensure
proper communication to
stakeholders.
· Work in line with company management layers to develop departmental action
plans.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Min of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
.HR Diploma / Certificate is preferred.
.Excellent MS Office skills.
