Customer Experience Manager
Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Manager bridges the gap between the customer and AGM by ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Explore opportunities to consistently improve the customer experience throughout their lifecycle with AGM.
- Drive customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Map customer journey and identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Thinking Outside of The Box.
- Continuous Skill Development.
- Organized and ability to Lead.
- Advanced Interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the customer service methodologies & techniques.
- Fluent in English.
