 Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Manager bridges the gap between the customer and AGM by ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Explore opportunities to consistently improve the customer experience throughout their lifecycle with AGM.
  • Drive customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Map customer journey and identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Thinking Outside of The Box.
  • Continuous Skill Development.
  • Organized and ability to Lead.
  • Advanced Interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the customer service methodologies & techniques.
  • Fluent in English.
