Liabilities Sales Manager
Sales Performance
Achieves sales performance targets in terms of volumes & revenues as specified
and agreed to within annual objectives & covered region/area.
Plans specific call objectives required to ‘advance’ the sales process with each
client.
Completes call reports to summarize discussions, opportunities and agreed
actions related to all client sales calls.
Maintains accurate ‘Cash Maps’ for all ‘Priority Clients’ as new information is
identified during the sales process.
Closely follow up on relationship managers regarding potential liabilities
potential customers.
Frequent calls to customers showing attrition on their Liabilities balances &
pay required retention efforts.
Develop sales pipeline & update on monthly basis as new business opportunities
are identified and existing deals are moved forward.
Structure compelling solution proposals to demonstrate a thorough understanding
of each client’s requirements and objectives.
Detect cross selling opportunities whenever applicable and refer to appropriate
GTB Sales Managers / RMs for further deal closure.
Development of Product strategy
Evaluates the current competitive environment liabilities
products/solutions/opportunities in the market, identify market opportunities &
work with the Propositions/Product team to develop strategic roadmap & solutions
to grow revenue or gain more market share.
Develop a weekly updated profit rates market scan based on customer’s feedback &
competition counter offered rates.
Sponsor initiative development as required through to key stakeholders /GTB
product team and handover to implementation teams.
Inputs for Product Enhancements
Evaluates, plan, optimise & highlight product design enhancements to product
development team based on customers’ requirements & needs for tailored products
would help to acquire more funds.
Works closely with all areas to secure development support, appropriate systems
prioritization and to develop testing plans.
Co-operate with product team/RMs to ensure effective product Soft launches to
meet customer satisfaction including marketing communications, training, systems
and operations availability and contingency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Commerce or Business Administration.
Job specific Skills:
Job holders likely to be of high graduate level
Time Management
Advanced Sales & negotiation skills certificate is preferable.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and selling skills.
Planning & organisation
Strong analytical skills
Strong Product / Operational knowledge
Demonstrated cash management product knowledge.
A track record in leadership – ability to direct and drive the ideas into action
Proven ability to increase customer service quality and formulate associated
customer marketing material to significantly improve service quality.
Solid knowledge of Egypt banking sector for corporate products and services.
Detailed local market knowledge
Operational expertise and solid IT background.
Minimum Experience:
5-10 years of experience.
