Payroll and Local Delivery Specialist
In this role you will:
Contribute to the execution of P&C policies and
procedures and provide guidance and information to employees, line managers and
P&C advisors.
Provide on the ground support for recruitment and learning activities.
Responsible for local benefits administration e.g. health, life and disability
insurance enrolments, car plans, etc. managing interface with service providers.
Employee Sharematch plan “country administrator” for Egypt Algeria & Libya,
handling all related communications, payments and reconciliations.
Coordinate employee Savings plan scheme “MAP”, handling enrolments, changes, and
terminations of participants and all related payments and reconciliations.
Responsible for sending monthly and quarterly headcount, manhour and people cost
reports to finance and other departments.
Coordinate all governmental payments related to social insurance and labour
offices.
Responsible for payments and benefits tracking for Egyptian international
assignees, and providing monthly and quarterly reports to the international
mobility team.
Coordinate, review & analyse the monthly payroll for employees and secondees and
manage interface with the payroll vendor.
Updating Workday with monthly payroll related changes e.g. allowances,
promotions, etc.
Process the monthly payroll bank transfers.
Coordinate with the health unit to establish and update employees’ medical
records and responsible for issuing emergency medical cards.
Prepare paperwork required for new hires and establish personnel files.
Conduct P&C orientation to newly hired employees.
Coordinate P&C employee communications and responsible for updating distribution
lists.
Manage employee service awards
Coordinate the secondment of on loan staff (from governmental entities) and
manage their payroll and benefits while on secondment
Handle paperwork and payments for employees leaving the company.
Ad hoc P&C activities as requested from local P&C leadership, e.g. people
events, etc.
Egyptian nationality
Proficient in English
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years plus of relevant HR experience in complex, multinational environments
Highly numerate and proficient with data management and analysis, including
spreadsheets and reporting
Payroll processing and coordination experience.
Proficient in using Workday as well as standard Microsoft software such as
Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
