Italy Enterprise Sales Support Associate - Discover Program (_VOIS)

Key Accountabilities

• Own and manage the client relationship: resolving email cases efficiently and effectively
• Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
• Work as part of a team to ensure offering world-class Customer Service at all times.
• Be proactive in regard to the improvement of processes and procedures.
• Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service
• Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
• Meeting service level in handling all transactions measured through productivity reports.
• Maintain professional work relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
• Verification of documents and contracts & follow up
• Full dedication & continuous support for sales executive’s back office requests.
• Receive Dealers and Area Manager complaints and escalate it to the appropriate channel to have the issue resolved in order to pass by the activation phase.
• Act as a frontline interface with Dealers of Vodafone Italy.
• Educating and providing guidelines to Dealers about where to find the necessary modules needed to fill and attach to the requests via mail to get the contracts uploaded appropriately on system.
• Receive sales teams follow up calls to track contracts status and educate the AM& Sales teams about the handling SLA.
• Follow stakeholders SLA reporting
• SPOC with many stakeholders.
• Use multiple applications such as Pegaso , OCA, B Sales, TIT Enterprise, CCM and Siebel

Must have technical/proffesional experience

Graduated between 2019 - 2021
Italian speaker – preferred with C1 Italian level
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail.
Leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities.
Excellent “people skills,” including active listening.
Strategic planning skills.
Excellent skills in MS office “ Excel- Power point- with ability to build charts and graphs”Excellent command of English language
High presentation skills
