Business Analyst
Job Description
Develop and maintain a KPI’s Dashboard to track progress, monitoring actual
performance versus objectives, promoting awareness to drive improvement.
Consolidate all operational follow-up reports from different functions within
Operations Division and process its information in the developed KPI’s
Dashboard, including Supply, RT, Dispatch, Depots, Projects, and Customers
Service.
Track the OPEX spending versus budget per item, analyzing the deviations by
getting details from Finance Department and discuss the outcomes with concerned
colleagues.
Regular monitoring (every month) of the respect of all budgets (OPEX, CAPEX,
Transport) with all the Operations managers.
Develop Demomint and KPI's Report
develop regular reports and conduct deep analysis of the operational data and
information to come up with improvements recommendations
Put in place and follow up of the Global actions plan of all the Operations
entities
the owner of the operations shared folder and responsible for its update as well
as for the WAT and Website data update related to operations
Participate in the Operations COREX (Once a month) with the follow up of all the
depots anomalies and near misses and develop its MOM
Participate in operations audits
Participate in new tools deployment
Participate in regular meetings and developing relevant MOM
The owner of the operations contracts validity sheet with its follow up and
notification process
Help in preparation of Budget and Long-Term Plan for Operations.
Contribute in the coordination with Engineering Function to set the planning,
schedules, and time plan of new standalone projects as well as rehabilitation &
development projects in operational sites.
Issue reports for progress of onsite projects with respect to the issued
schedules and time plans, generating a weekly progress report indicating main
highlights on circumstances for any schedule shifting.
Contribute in consolidation of tendering documents within Operations Division,
including strategy document, requirements, scope of work, specifications,
reference standards and evaluation criteria.
In coordination with Operations different functions, contribute in generating
quarterly performance report for consultants, contractors & 3rd parties
providing services to Operations Division.
Assist in preparing presentations/reports as and when required.
Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity
Policies and Program.
Implement the required process of due diligences within area of
responsibilities.
Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
Confronted with few risks when carrying out one's activity.
Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated
regularlypublished externally
Context and environment
The job nature involves necessity of multitasking performance to efficiently
support decisions making.
The job responsibilities involve communication with the different functions
within Operations Division as well as different departments within the company.
Covers deep analysis of the departments monthly KPIs
Candidate profile
University graduate, with 3 years of experience (preference to business or
Engineering )
Strong planning, Analytical, supported with advanced computer level.
Ability to work on ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Highly skilled in using excel spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a
highly proficient level.
Strong communication skills (Verbal and written).
Ability to learn and work under pressure.
Team collaboration skills and organization capacity.
High analytical skills.
High planning capacity.
Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns
the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations, …).
Fluent in English.
